How to Request a Refund for April 5: 


Online Day Party Tickets Purchased via 

  • Tickets purchased via can be automatically be refunded back to the card used initially. Please contact their Customer care line at 278-1500 or email them at


Physical Brunch & Day Party Ticket Holders:

In order to process a full refund, all ticket holders will be required to provide their physical ticket as proof of purchase. 

  • Please email and we will process your refund in the order received. A validation process will be enforced before any refunds are processed. 


For Table Bookings:

Rum Punch Brunch has already communicated with the main point of contact - the guest who made the initial table booking. Please contact the organiser of your table who will collect your ticket and advise you when you can collect your funds.
